Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the AETOS platform. By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.

AETOS aggregates market and macroeconomic data, computes internal scores and trajectories, and generates written research summaries for a single account owner and their organisation.

The platform is decision support only. It does not manage money, hold client assets, route orders, or connect to any brokerage or bank.

AETOS is a research and decision-support tool. Nothing produced by the platform — scores, trajectories, reports, AI narratives, alerts or contract triggers — is investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security, commodity, digital asset or other instrument.

AETOS is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial adviser, or regulated financial institution in any jurisdiction. It is not registered with, authorised by, or supervised by any securities or financial regulator, and no relationship of adviser and client is created by using it.

You are solely responsible for your own tax, reporting, licensing and regulatory compliance in every jurisdiction that applies to you. AETOS does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice, and does not assess whether any position is suitable or lawful for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any decision made using the platform is expressly disclaimed. Data may be incomplete, delayed, mispriced, unavailable, or wrong; third-party providers may fail; models and AI narratives may be inaccurate. You accept all risk of loss arising from your own decisions.

The platform performs no automated execution. No order is ever placed on your behalf.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use the platform. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity in your organisation.

Accounts are organisation-scoped: your research data is isolated from other organisations. Shared market and macro data is common to all accounts.

Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or marked unavailable. The platform labels reliability but makes no warranty of accuracy, completeness or continuity, and may change or suspend features at any time.

Paid tiers are billed through the platform's payment provider. Charges, currency, renewal and cancellation terms are shown at checkout and in Billing. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Do not resell, redistribute or scrape platform output, attempt to circumvent tenant isolation or access controls, or use the platform to provide regulated financial advice to third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AETOS and its operators are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, whatever the cause of action.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion permanently removes your organisation and all associated records, including contracts, thesis reviews, reports, capital readiness, watchlist, portfolio positions and audit history. Export your data first — deletion cannot be undone.

These Terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions: legal@aetos.live.
